Summary

Sekuvo does not collect, transmit, or share any data. It is an offline password vault. The app does not request the Internet permission, so it is technically incapable of sending your data anywhere.

Data storage

Everything you store in Sekuvo (titles, usernames, passwords, notes, usage history) stays on your device, encrypted with a key derived from your master password. Nothing is uploaded, synced, or backed up to any server by the app.

Data collection and sharing

• No personal data is collected.
• No data is shared with third parties.
• No analytics, advertising, or tracking libraries are included.
• No account is required to use the app.

Permissions

• Camera — used only to scan QR codes you choose to scan, for importing your own data. Frames are processed on the device and never leave it.
• Biometrics — used only to unlock the vault on your device, through the Android biometric system. Sekuvo never sees or stores your fingerprint or face data.
• Bluetooth — used only when you explicitly ask Sekuvo to type a password to a nearby computer as a Bluetooth keyboard. Only the characters you choose to send are transmitted, directly to the device you paired.

Backups and transfers

Backups and transfers happen only when you start them, produce an encrypted file or QR codes protected by a password you set, and are saved or displayed only where you direct them. The app never sends them anywhere on its own.

Children

Sekuvo does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published at this address with an updated effective date.
